Model B Oversize Davenports
Used for High Volume Production of Hex or Round Turned Parts. 5 spindle high speed automatic screw machines. You want volume? These "gatlin guns" as we call them have been challenged to produce numbers topping well over 2 "Million" parts on a single purchase order. Davenport sizes range up to 7/8” Round or 3/4” Hex Capacity.

Acme Gridleys
Used for High Volume Production of Hex or Round Turned Parts. 6 spindle high speed automatic screw machines. These Grand Machines can produce over 8,000 parts a day. Acmes have one more spindle than the Davenports (previous machine) which add to the number of operations available and run just about as fast. Acme sizes range up to 2" Capacity.

Swiss Machining Centers
Used for turning, boring, milling of "micro" size components. Manufacturing sizes range from 3/4" and can put a channel in the part as small as .007" in diameter. When's the last time you looked through a .007" diameter hole. It's kind of small? These remarkable machines work with brass, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, exotic alloys and plastics. We have cam operated available for the standard swiss tolerance needs, and CNC Swiss for the very challenged micro parts. We're ready to look at your project, assist in your design or simply get you a quote.
